Request a Property Certificate Online
You can submit a request for a property certificate online. Available certificates include: Contents, Easement & Planning, Assessment, Works Permit, and Clearance.
The steps are simple: fill in the form with your full name, phone number, the type of certificate, the property number, and the purpose of the request — and the municipality will contact you to complete the process.
